By creating an account, placing an order, topping up or using the Lugmety Wallet, or otherwise using a service that requires acceptance, you agree to these Terms. If you browse without an account, the provisions relevant to browsing still apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and forms part of the customer information provided with these Terms.
The Arabic and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. If there is an inconsistency, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You may browse without an account, but ordering, Wallet and certain other features require registration. Supported methods may include mobile OTP, email/password and Sign in with Apple.
You must provide accurate, current information; keep credentials and OTPs confidential; and promptly update your details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. One person may not create or operate accounts to evade restrictions or misuse promotions.

Lugmety provides the technology platform, accepts customer payments where stated, coordinates support and may provide delivery. Products are prepared or supplied by independent restaurants, stores and other merchants (“Merchants”). Delivery may be performed by Lugmety or independent delivery providers. Merchants remain responsible for the legality, quality, description, ingredients, preparation and availability of their products, without limiting any rights the customer has against Lugmety under mandatory law.
Some listed services including restaurant reservations, pharmacy ordering or subscription products may not yet be live. If introduced, service-specific terms, price, duration, cancellation, refund and no-show rules will be displayed before confirmation and will supplement these Terms.

Payments are processed through Amazon Payment Services and other enabled providers. Lugmety does not store full card numbers; payment credentials are handled or tokenized by the payment provider.
You authorize the applicable amount, including any customer-approved adjustment, to be charged. A payment may be refused, reversed or reviewed for authorization, security, suspected fraud or issuer reasons. You remain responsible for valid charges and for resolving restrictions with your issuer.

8. Lugmety Wallet

The Wallet is a closed-use payment feature for eligible purchases on Lugmety and is not a bank account. Customers may top it up and may receive refunds or promotional credit. Top-up, refund and promotional balances do not expire under the current Wallet rules. Balances cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn as cash, except where a refund is required by law or expressly approved under these Terms.
Refunds normally return to the original payment method. With the customer’s consent, Lugmety may instead issue Wallet credit. Promotional credit has no cash value and may be subject to the promotion’s conditions. We may correct duplicate or erroneous Wallet entries after investigation and notice.
An account cannot be deleted while an eligible purchased or refundable Wallet balance remains unresolved. Before deletion, the customer must use the balance or contact Lugmety to request any eligible refund. Promotional credit may be forfeited when the account is deleted after clear notice.

Provide a complete, accurate and reachable delivery address, access instructions and active telephone number. Keep your phone available, provide safe and lawful access, and treat Merchants, support personnel and delivery personnel respectfully.
When the driver arrives, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you. If the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, or you do not respond and the driver waits more than 20 minutes after arrival, the delivery may be treated as unsuccessful and you may be charged the full order and delivery amount to the extent permitted by law. Redelivery may incur a charge disclosed before it is arranged.
Risk in delivered goods passes when they are delivered to you or a person you authorize, subject to your consumer rights concerning missing, incorrect, damaged, spoiled or unsafe goods.

If Lugmety or the Merchant cancels an accepted order that cannot be fulfilled, amounts paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded. For scheduled, catering, corporate, event, gift or group orders, any additional cancellation deadline shown before confirmation will apply.

damaged/spoiled/unsafe items, non-delivery, excessive delay, Merchant cancellation, or duplicate/incorrect charges may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the affected amount and verified circumstances.
Refunds normally go to the original payment method. Wallet credit may be offered only with your consent.
Once initiated, bank or card refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on the issuer or payment provider. This processing period does not limit any mandatory rights. We may refuse unsupported, fraudulent or abusive claims after fair review and explanation.

A Merchant or shopper must obtain your approval before substituting an unavailable item. The price may be adjusted only after your approval. If you do not approve a substitute, the unavailable item will be removed and any amount paid for it refunded.
Order Anything requests must be lawful, sufficiently described and reasonably obtainable. You must not request prescription-only medicines, alcohol, weapons, hazardous materials, illegal or counterfeit goods, or any regulated item that Lugmety is not expressly authorized to facilitate. Tobacco or nicotine products may be requested only by customers who are 18 years of age or older. Lugmety may require age and identity verification when the order is placed and/or delivered and may refuse the request if verification is not completed. We may also reject a request for legal, safety, availability or operational reasons.
A Merchant or shopper must obtain your approval before substituting an unavailable item. The price may be adjusted only after your approval. If you do not approve a substitute, the unavailable item will be removed and any amount paid for it refunded.

Information on the Platform may not include every ingredient or cross-contamination risk, and Lugmety cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
If you voluntarily enter allergy or health information in order notes, it may be shared with the Merchant and, only where operationally necessary, delivery or support personnel. Do not use delivery notes for unnecessary medical information. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or medical service rather than relying on the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Any limitation will be applied fairly in light of the transaction and applicable Saudi law.
